1 Lithium-ion battery, super capacitor
Lithium ion electrolyte is a highly corrosive chemical liquid, which is easy to crystallize and react with moisture to generate highly corrosive hydrofluoric acid. The electrolyte is stored in a sealed tank filled with high-pressure inert gas during storage and transportation and before use. Due to the gas pressure, the electrolyte dissolves a large amount of gas and reaches saturation. Therefore, the general characteristics of lithium ion electrolytes are that they contain gas, are easy to crystallize, and are highly corrosive. 2 Alkaline batteries, Ni-MH Ni-Cd
The production of alkaline batteries and nickel-hydrogen nickel-cadmium batteries requires injection of KOH electrolyte. The one-way valve pump has decades of experience in the application of KOH electrolyte injection, and is the most suitable pump for this application. The electric one-way valve pump can be selected as required.
The production of alkaline manganese batteries requires zinc paste. Zinc paste is a paste material mixed with KOH and metal zinc powder. The rotary valve pump also exhibits the most accurate and stable performance in terms of battery zinc paste injection.
3 Lithium battery, lead-acid battery
The electrolyte of the lithium sub-battery is thionyl chloride electrolyte, which becomes a very strong acid when exposed to water, and the electrolyte has a strong diffusivity. Due to the strong corrosiveness, many domestic manufacturers still stay at the stage of manual injection.

Capacitors: The electrolyte of hydrolyzed capacitors and polymer capacitors is highly corrosive, with medium viscosity, and usually requires a small amount of electrolyte.
